By engaging with Verdant Yield Systems for agronomic consulting, soil analysis, or precision agriculture services, you agree to the following terms.

1. Service Limitations & Weather Dependency

While our prescriptions are based on rigorous biological science and spatial data, agriculture is inherently unpredictable. Yield improvements and nitrogen retention metrics are highly dependent on localized weather patterns, historical soil depletion levels, and proper execution of the prescribed amendments. Verdant Yield Systems does not guarantee specific crop yields.

2. Drone Flight Authorizations

By requesting multi-spectral mapping services, you confirm that you have the authority to grant our certified pilots access to fly over the specified acreage. Flights are subject to FAA regulations and safe weather conditions.
